OUR MISSION

To revitalize underused spaces and spark collective action through volunteerism, public art, and strategic cleanups.
The Walls Project, in partnership with dedicated community organizations, empowers South Dallas neighborhoods to thrive and take pride in their shared environment.

ABOUT

Reactivate Dallas is a community-driven movement led by The Walls Project and made possible through the collaboration of local organizations, residents, nonprofits, churches, and corporate partners.

Together, we are revitalizing South Dallas through year-round cleanups, public art, and volunteer service. By tackling neighborhood blight and transforming overlooked spaces, we bring new life to our streets and create a lasting legacy of community pride.

WHY WE DO IT

In South Dallas, many spaces are overlooked — not by choice, but by disinvestment.

Through Reactivate Dallas, The Walls Project and its partners activate these spaces with creativity, collaboration, and community effort to restore pride, strengthen connection, and show what’s possible when neighbors and organizations work hand in hand to lead the change.
